優特力大規格板弔頂系統應用 1、弔桿Boom 2、UC型龍骨弔桿UC type keel hang fitting 3、UC型龍骨挂件UC type keel calioers 4、C型龍骨連接件C type keel hook fitting 5、U型龍骨連接件U type keel hook fitting 6、主龍骨Key keel 7、次龍骨Sub keel 8、橫撐龍骨Horizontal keel 安裝方法：INSTALLATION METHODS 1.進行弔頂放線，確定弔桿的固定位置，弔桿中心距一般為1200mm We draw the installation guideline to define the fixing position,the center distance is 1200mm. 2.用弔件將弔桿與主龍骨垂直固定，並使主龍骨保持水平 Use the hook fitting to link and fix the boom and key keel,keep thekey keel horizontal. 3.用挂件將次龍骨垂直固定在主龍骨上，次龍骨軸中心距為612mm Use the caliper to vertically fix the sub keel on key keel,the center distance of the sub keels is 612mm. 4.按需要裝好橫撐龍骨，橫撐龍骨中心距為1224mm To install the horizontal keels as per the request,its center distance is 1224mm. 5.將板用自攻釘固定在次龍骨上，並做好接縫處理 Use the tapping screw fix the boards on the sub-keel and do the treatment of the seam connection. 優特力大規格板隔牆系統應用 1、沿頂龍骨Along top keel 2、沿地龍骨Along floor keel 3、橫撐龍骨Horizonal keel 4、豎龍骨Vertical keel 5、自攻螺釘Tapping screw 6、膨脹螺絲Expansion bolt 7、優特力板Utility’s board 8、混凝土踢腳座Concrete skirting boards 安裝方法：INSTALLATION METHODS A. 輕鋼龍骨骨架 Light steel keel frame 1、放樣彈線 Draw the installation guideline. 2、用射釘或膨脹螺絲將天地龍骨分別固定在地板與頂部樓板 Use the shooting nail or expansion bolt to fix the along top keel and the along floor keel on the ceiling and floor. 3、將豎龍骨按設計要求排列好，並安裝好橫撐龍骨 And arrange the vertical keel as per the request and install the horizontal keel. B. 板材封裝固定 Fixing method of the boards 1、先將板材切至所需尺寸（比牆高短10mm左右） To cut the boards as per the required size which is 10mm shorter than the wall height. 2、板材以錯縫的方式用自攻螺絲固定在龍骨上， 自攻螺絲間距一般為200-250mm左右，需沉入板材0.5mm The boards should be fixed on the keels by the tapping screews in seam misplacement form,the distance between tapping screews is 200-250mm.And esch screew head should enter 0.5mm depth into the boards. 3、注意板與板之間需留4mm左右伸縮縫 Please leave a seam between boards about 4mm width. 4、封板應從板中間向板四週固定，不可多點同時作業，避免產生內應力而使板材翹曲 When fixing the boards.it should be mounted from its center to sdges.Don’t fix it at different points at same time avoid the over bending of the boards. 5、在板材封裝固定之前，視需要可在龍骨骨架空腔內佈置入玻璃棉或岩棉等以加強隔音、防火效果 Before fixing we can place the mineral wool or glass fiber into the empty space between the boards to get the better soundproofing and fireproofing effects. |
