穿孔吸音板Perforated sound absorbing board

优特力穿孔吸音板是优特力硅酸钙板深加工产品，是通过压力设备对优特力硅酸钙板冲孔加工而成。加工是可以通过高速模具来调节孔径大小，并排列出各种美丽的花型。

Made from the Utility boards with perforated holes by pressured equipment.Hole sizes can be changed by dies adjustment.

环保绝尘板Environment protection type

优特力环保绝尘板是在精印天花板的表面喷涂一层防水UV漆，对防水、防潮和绝尘有更好的效果，属于高档次的装饰建材产品。

These boards are made from the precise printing ceiling boards with the surface being sprayed a layer of water-proof  UV paints.With good water-proof,damping-proof and dust-rejecting effects,suitable for high grade decorative and construction products.

五、切割方式Cutting methods

用多用刀、电工刀或碳化尖刀，划下直线，深度为板厚的1/3左右。用力往下折断开，板边有毛刺是可用锉刀挫平。

Score straight lines at a depth of one-third of the board by using multi-purpose knife,electrician’s knife or carburized pointed knife,and then,break the board by force downwards.File off burrs on edges of the board.

普通手锯便可进行锯割。

Cut the board by average handsaws.

使用手提电动直锯或圆盘锯切割。

By hand-held electric steaight saw or disk saw.

六、搬运TRANSPORTATION

装卸货车或施工作业时，应轻拿轻放，小心地搬运优特力板，以避免边、角、面受到损伤，同时须避免板材过度弯曲而破损。需要两名工人一起将板材抬起，双臂尽量分开抬板的长边。禁止单人搬运。

When you load and unload it or install it you should carry and put it carefully so as to avoid the edges,surfaces and angles being damagsd meanwhile we should not over bend it order to protect it..

七、安装应用

1、T型龙骨T type key keel

2、T型副龙骨T type sub keel

3、L型边龙骨L type side keel

4、吊杆Boom

5、优特力天花板Utility’s ceiling boards

安装方法

1、弹线确定金属吊杆中心距，一般为1200mm

To draw the installation indication line to define the center distance of the boom,usually 1200mm.

2、将边龙骨用自攻螺丝水平固定在吊顶周围的墙上

Use the tapping screw fix the sub-keel on the walls around the ceiling.

3、用金属吊杆将T型主龙骨固定，T型主龙骨中心距600mm或610mm

Use mental boom to fix the T-keel,the center distance between each T-key keel is 600mm or 610mm.

4、将T型边龙骨插入主龙骨内，经隔600mm或610mm

Insert the T type sub-keel into the T type key keel,the distance between them is 600mm or 610mm.

5、将优特力天花板搁置在T型龙骨骨架上

Then place the Utility’s ceiling on the type keels.
